Trace – Issue Tracker (“Trace”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform developed and operated by LogsNX LLC.


This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when organizations and their authorized users access and use Trace through mobile or desktop applications (the “Service”).


By using Trace, you agree to this Privacy Policy.


2. Nature of the Service (Important)

Trace is a business issue tracking and task management platform used by organizations.


  1. Individual users access Trace only through accounts created by their organization.
  2. All operational data belongs to the subscribing organization.
  3. LogsNX LLC acts as a data processor on behalf of the organization.


3. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

When an organization creates user accounts, we may collect:


  1. Name
  2. Email address
  3. User role
  4. Organization name
  5. Login credentials (encrypted)

B. Issue & Operational Data

Users may create and manage:


  1. Issues / tickets
  2. Descriptions
  3. Attachments (images, documents)
  4. Comments
  5. Status updates
  6. Project-related metadata


This information is provided directly by authorized users.

C. Technical Information

Automatically collected information may include:


  1. IP address
  2. Device type
  3. Operating system
  4. App version
  5. Log files
  6. Usage activity (for system diagnostics)


Trace does not collect precise location data.


4. What We Do NOT Collect

Trace does not:


  1. Collect financial or accounting records
